Why is my withdrawal under review?

Larger withdrawals are checked by a person before they're sent. There's nothing you need to do: once it's approved it moves to Processing, and the bell tells you when it's completed.

What puts a withdrawal under review

• Larger withdrawals. Smaller ones usually go out automatically.
• Sometimes other checks, such as the first withdrawal after a promo code.

How long it takes depends on when you ask and how busy we are.

Good to know

• Asking again won't speed it up. A second request adds to your 24-hour total, so it's reviewed too.
• If it's rejected, the full amount goes back to your balance.
• It can't be cancelled while it's under review.
