My withdrawal failed

If a withdrawal shows Failed in Settings → Transactions, it didn't go through, and the full amount is back in your balance, in the same coin.

Why it happens

• Our team rejected it after a review.
• It was stopped before it reached the blockchain, for example by our payment provider's security checks.
• The amount couldn't be taken from your balance, so nothing was sent.

What happens to your money

• Your balance is refunded in the same step that marks it Failed.
• We only mark a withdrawal Failed when we're sure it was never sent. If there's any doubt, it shows Under review and stays held until a person has checked the blockchain, so it can never be paid twice.
• A failed withdrawal doesn't count toward your 24-hour total.
• There's no notification when a withdrawal fails, so check Transactions.

Refused when you pressed Withdraw?

If an error appeared instead of Withdrawal submitted, nothing left your balance. Read the message, fix what it asks, and try again. Withdrawals unavailable means try again in a few minutes.

Try again

Check the address is your own Solana wallet, not a ShaftKings deposit address, and withdraw again. If it fails a second time, message us.
