Can I cancel a withdrawal?

No. Once you press Withdraw, you can't cancel it. Most withdrawals are sent within moments, and a transfer on the blockchain can't be reversed by anyone, including us.

What happens instead

• Under review: our team approves or rejects it. If it's rejected, the full amount comes back to your balance.
• Processing: it's being sent.
• Sent or Completed: it's on its way to, or has reached, the address you entered.
• Failed: the full amount is back in your balance. See My withdrawal failed.

Made a mistake?

If it still shows Under review and you entered the wrong address or amount, message us straight away.
