How long do deposits take?
Your deposit is credited automatically as soon as the Solana network confirms it. There's nothing to press and nobody to tell.
Solana confirms a transfer within seconds, so most of the wait is usually on the sending side.
What you'll see
Deposit credited appears under the bell, and your balance goes up by the full amount, in the coin you sent.
What can slow it down
- Your exchange. Many exchanges check or batch withdrawals before they send them. Your deposit can't arrive before it leaves.
- A missed notice. We're notified the moment a deposit confirms. If a notice ever goes missing, our regular check finds the deposit within about 15 minutes.
- The minimum. A deposit worth less than the minimum isn't credited. See Deposit minimums and fees.
- The wrong coin or network. Only SOL, USDC and USDT sent on Solana are credited. See Which coins and networks can I deposit?
Good to know
- In Settings → Transactions, a deposit can still show Detected after it's been credited. That status follows our own internal transfer, not your balance.
- If your transfer confirmed more than 15 minutes ago and your balance hasn't moved, see My deposit hasn't arrived.
