My deposit hasn't arrived
Deposits land automatically once the network confirms them, and Deposit credited appears under the bell. If yours hasn't, check these four things.
Check it finished sending. Open the transfer in your wallet or on Solscan. If it isn't confirmed yet, it's still on its way.
Check it went to your address. Compare it with the one in your Wallet's Deposit tab.
Check it was SOL, USDC or USDT on Solana. Anything else isn't credited automatically. See I sent the wrong coin or used the wrong network.
Check it was over the minimum on screen. Smaller deposits show Deposit not credited under the bell, and we can recover them for you.
