The site won't load or looks broken
Most problems clear with a refresh. Work through these in order until it's fixed.
Refresh the page. If it says We encountered an error., press Reload.
Update your browser to its latest version.
Clear your browser's cache. See Clear your browser's cache.
Try a private window or another browser. A private window turns off most extensions, which can get in the way.
Switch connection, for example from Wi-Fi to mobile data.
What these messages mean
- We'll be right back: scheduled maintenance. Your balance and open rounds are safe, and the site comes back by itself.
- Betting is paused: new bets are off for now. Your balance and open rounds are safe.
- Session expired: you've been signed out. Sign in again.
- Temporarily under maintenance: on a game, that one game is being worked on. Try another.
- Game not available in your location: that game isn't offered where you are. See Can I play from my country?
