Message us and we'll reset two-factor authentication on your account. You'll get an email when it's done, and you can sign in with just your password and set it up again.
Open Live support on shaftkings.gg. It works while you're signed out.
Tell us your username and that you've lost access to your authenticator.
We'll check it's really you before we reset anything.
On a phone, Live support is under Browse at the bottom. You can also email support@shaftkings.gg from the address on your account.

Keep your setup key in a password manager. You can add it to a new phone without needing us.
