Spot a scam
We will never ask for your password, your 2FA code or your wallet's seed phrase, and we'll never send you a deposit address in a message. Yours is only ever in your own Wallet.
Red flags
- An address someone sends you, even in our chat. Only ever deposit to the address in your own Wallet.
- A sign-in page that isn't shaftkings.gg. Check the address bar before you type your password. Continue with Google opens Google's own sign-in page, which is fine.
- Anyone offering a bonus if you send crypto first. Real offers come as promo codes on the site.
- "Support" that contacts you on Telegram, or asks you to install something. Real support is the chat on shaftkings.gg and support@shaftkings.gg.
Our team may message you in the chat, by email or on Discord, but never to ask for any of the above.
