Is this email really from ShaftKings?

Our account emails come from noreply@shaftkings.gg, and every link in them goes to shaftkings.gg. If an email fails either check, it isn't from us.

The emails we send

• Verify your ShaftKings email: after you sign up. The link works for 24 hours.
• Welcome to ShaftKings: once your account is ready.
• Reset your ShaftKings password: when someone asks to reset or set your password. The link works for 30 minutes.
• Your ShaftKings password was changed: after your password changes.
• Two-factor authentication enabled: when you turn on 2FA.
• Two-factor authentication reset: when our team resets your 2FA.

We don't email you about deposits or withdrawals. Those show under the bell on the site.

Red flags

• A link that goes anywhere other than shaftkings.gg. Hover over it on a computer, or press and hold it on a phone, to see where it goes.
• A request for your password, a 2FA code or your wallet's seed phrase. We never ask.
• An address to send crypto to. Yours is only ever in your own Wallet.
• Pressure to act fast, like a threat to close your account.

Good to know

• A reset email you didn't ask for is safe to ignore. Nothing changes unless the link is used.
• Got a password or 2FA email about a change you didn't make? Message us straight away.
