Clear your browser's cache

Clearing your browser's cache makes it load a fresh copy of the site. It often fixes pages that look broken or won't load. Your balance and bets are kept on our servers, so you won't lose anything.

On a computer (Chrome, Edge or Firefox)

1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete. On a Mac, press Cmd + Shift + Delete.

2. Set the time range to all time.

3. Tick only cached images and files. Firefox calls them temporary cached files and pages.

4. Confirm, then reload shaftkings.gg.

Safari on a Mac

Open Safari's Settings, choose Privacy, then Manage Website Data. Search for shaftkings, press Remove, then Done. You'll need to sign in again.

On an iPhone or iPad

1. Open the Settings app, then Safari. On newer versions, Safari is under Apps.

2. Tap Advanced, then Website Data.

3. Find shaftkings.gg, swipe left on it and tap Delete. You'll need to sign in again.

On Android (Chrome)

1. In Chrome, tap ⋮ at the top right, then Delete browsing data.

2. If you see More options, tap it. Choose All time and tick only Cached images and files.

3. Tap Delete data, then reload shaftkings.gg.

Good to know

• Clearing only the cache keeps you signed in. Clearing cookies or site data signs you out, so have your password ready, and your authenticator app if you use 2FA.
• Menu names vary a little between browsers and versions.
