What happens to my balance on a break or after closing?
Your balance stays in your account while it's locked for a break, and it's there when you come back. You can't sign in while it's locked, even with the right password, so you can't withdraw or tip until it's unlocked.
Before your break starts
In a party? Press Leave party. Your share of the pot pays out to your balance.
Withdraw anything you want sent to you. See How to withdraw.
While you're away
- Nothing is taken from your balance.
- A withdrawal that's already on its way isn't cancelled.
- Your deposit address still works. Anything sent to it lands in your balance, so don't send any.
If you close your account
- We can only close it once your balance is empty in every coin, including rakeback you haven't claimed, and nothing is still on its way or in play.
- A closed account can't be reopened. If you might want to come back, ask for a break instead.
- Anything sent to a closed account's deposit address isn't added to any balance. Message us if that happens.
