Take a break or close your account

If you want to stop playing, for a while or for good, message us and we'll lock your account for you.

1. Open the chat with Live support, or email support@shaftkings.gg from your account's email address.

2. Tell us how long you want to stop for, from a day to for good.

3. We'll lock your account so you can't sign in or play. When you're ready to come back, message us and we'll unlock it.

Before you go

Withdraw what's left in your balance if you want it sent to you. If the Withdraw tab asks you to wager more first, don't play to clear it. Tell us, and we'll sort it out with you. An account can only be closed for good once its balance is empty and no withdrawal is still on its way.
