Block gambling sites and apps

A blocking app stops your phone, tablet or computer opening gambling sites and apps. It gives you time to think before acting on an urge, and it works alongside a break from your account.

Blocking apps

• BetBlocker is free and run by a charity. It needs no sign-up, and once a block starts it can't be lifted until the time you chose is up.
• Gamban is a paid app with a free trial. One licence covers all your devices.

Install one on every device you use. If a gambling site still opens, report it to the app's support so they can add it.

Your device's own settings

Most phones and computers have screen-time or parental-control settings that can block a website. Add shaftkings.gg, and ask someone you trust to set the passcode, so the block can't be undone on a whim.
