When and how affiliate earnings are paid

Commission is added as your players' bets settle. Once it's approved, you claim it into your balance, in the coin your players bet with.

1. Open the Affiliate page.

2. Under Referral earnings, press Claim next to the coin.

You'll see Claimed, and the money is in your balance straight away. Withdraw it like the rest of your balance. See How to withdraw.

Where your commission is

• Pending income: earned, waiting to be approved.
• Referral earnings: approved, plus everything you've claimed. Anything you can claim has a Claim button.
• Earnings tab: each bet's commission and its status: Pending, Pending review, Payable, Claimed, Rejected or Reversed.

Good to know

• Small amounts are approved automatically. Larger ones are checked by our team first.
• Claim takes everything approved in that coin at once.
• Earnings don't expire, so you can claim whenever you like.
• Claimed commission has no wagering of its own. If a deposit or bonus of yours still has wagering left, that rule covers your whole balance.
• If claiming is paused, the page says so. Your earnings are safe and keep adding up.
