• The bet link, if it's about a bet. See Share a bet to copy it.
• A screenshot, or a short screen recording if it's easier to show.
• Your device and browser, like "iPhone, Safari" or "Windows laptop, Chrome".
• Whether it still happens after you refresh the page.

Good to know

• A round that hasn't finished has no bet link yet, and nor does a free-play round. Tell us the game and the time instead.
