Make a complaint

Email support@shaftkings.gg, or message us from the chat bubble, and tell us it's a complaint. We'll look into it and reply as soon as we can.

1. Write from the email address on your account, or give us your username in the chat.

2. Say what happened, and when.

3. Say what you'd like us to do about it.

4. Add anything that shows what happened, like bet links, transaction links or screenshots.

What happens next

We check the records of any bet or transaction you mention, then reply with what we found. Keep everything in one conversation, so the whole story is in one place.

• Under our Terms, our decision on a disputed transaction is final.
• Our Terms are governed by the laws of Anjouan, where we're licensed. Disputes go to the courts of Anjouan or to arbitration. See sections 14 and 15 of our Terms of Service.
