How old do I need to be?
You must be 18 or over to play on ShaftKings, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age. Under-18s can't open an account or play.
When you tick I agree to the Terms of Service as you sign up, you're confirming your age.
Good to know
- We can ask you to prove your age and identity with official ID, and freeze the account until you do.
- Share a computer or phone with children? Keep your password to yourself and sign out when you're done. Filtering software such as Net Nanny or GamBlock can block gambling sites.
- The full rules are in our Terms of Service and Responsible Gaming policy.
