A slot or live game won't load or has frozen

Most loading problems clear with a retry. If a game freezes mid-round, your bet isn't lost: when the studio settles the round, any win is paid to your balance, even if you've closed the game.

If it won't load

1. Press Retry if you see Game didn't load or Game didn't respond.

2. If that doesn't work, reload the page.

3. Check the message on the game:

   • Not available in your region: this game can't be played where you are. See Can I play from my country?
   • Under maintenance or Game unavailable: try again later, or pick another game.
   • Live games unavailable or Betting paused: play is paused on our side. Try again later.
   • Currency paused: choose another coin in your Wallet.

If it freezes mid-round

1. Reload the page. That opens a fresh session with the studio.

2. Check Settings → Bet history with the filter on All. The round appears there once the studio has finished it.

3. A game you've had open for 4 hours stops taking new bets. Reopen it to keep playing.

What to send us

• The game's name and studio.
• The date and time you played, and your bet and coin.
