Credits from our team

Sometimes our team adds money straight to your balance: as a giveaway, to make up for a problem, or to fix a deposit or payout. This is a credit, sometimes called an airdrop. It's yours to play like any other money.

What a credit counts toward

• Your VIP rank and rakeback: bets you place with it count like any other bet.
• Wagering your deposits: bets you place with it count toward what's left.
• Its own wagering: there isn't any. If a deposit or bonus still has wagering left, that rule covers your whole balance, credit included.

Good to know

• A credit arrives in whichever coin our team chooses.
• There's no notification, and credits don't appear in Settings → Transactions. Check your balance.
• Only our team can add a credit. Anyone asking you to send crypto to get one is a scammer. See Spot a scam.
